      Great post. When there are 2 good offers to choose from, I generally make a list of factors, weigh the factors, and add up where each job stacks up head-to-head.

      I chose to take a challenging but risky startup job based on it, from which I got tons of startup experience, vs. a more safe, corporate work environment, about 8 years ago.

      I made the right decision there, and the decision "algorithm" was a big help.
