Good article Jane. You suggest that lawyers are most susceptible to job related stress. I think that's more likely to be guilt, but I have some other exercises that might help them:

1.) Jumping off of very tall buildings. While not really physically strenuous, it guarantees a huge adrenaline rush. You will rest peacefully afterward.

2.) Running in front of moving vehicles. Besides being a great cardio workout, you can incrementally work toward faster and faster vehicles.

3.) Swimming. Start with a couple laps at the pool, and work up to longer distances. Like the Atlantic Ocean, even if you only make it half way across, that's still pretty darn good.

4.) Professional integrity. While not really so much an exercise, this little jewel will actually help you to sleep better.

    Good luck.
