I don't think it is a good idea to sell your house with the help of a real estate agent. They don't add the value comparable with their price. Because of this FSBO sites are better then agents. And most of them suggest all that stuff like real estate forms free of charge. For example some may find them at http://www.fizber.com/real-estate-forms.htm
